Free Media License

The Purpose of the Free Media License is to make it possible for
people to give Media that they have created to the global community. 
This license is going to have some twists to it in order to accomodate 
MultiMedia content. Source code is (relatively) easy to prove as being 
original in some degree. The hardest part is ensuring that subject 
matters are not encumbered with a proprietary license. 

Material wil be free to use for any project, as long as the fact that 
it is free, and where to get an original version, is made apparent when
distributed.  The license notice must be similar to license/copyright
notices on existing media.

To apply the license to an original work an author must provide the 
following:

  Proof of the originality of the Media
    (Guidlines to be determined)

  Signature below this license stateing that this is the license in
  which the work is to be released.
